It’s a bad photo but we finally got around to eating our one year old anniversary cake. I wonder who the hell ever invented this retarded tradition. It can’t be healthy and I’m not saying that just because it’s cake and it certainly wasn’t good. We also opened up the one year old champagne that was given to us by the bed and breakfast where we got married. That tasted like balls too. Eating this better ensures that we never get a divorce.

So are we still considered newly weds after a year? Every time I tell someone I miss my husband or I say something sweet people always say, “oh, you guys are cute, oh but wait your still newly weds.” Well I think it’s sad that people stop being in love after years of being together. I certainly hope that after years of being married our love only grows stronger. So far it certainly seems that way. It’s been a year since our wedding day, a year, can you believe it? Even though we’re practically joint at the hip now I still love being with him. He’s my best friend and we’re totally going to grow old together. I love you honey, happy anniversary.

The day after our anniversary just happens to be Chris and Tiffany Semmler’s anniversary,  August 26.  I actually remembered their anniversary, unlike mine own, because I took note of the date when she told me awhile back. Ray and I left them a card outside their door and we also volunteered ourselves to be babysitters so they could do what ever their hearts desired.  They took us up on the offer and next thing I know we’re at their house watching t.v. with the boys and picking up cheerios off the carpet.

They have pretty well behaved boys so it was no problem at all, that is, until we had to change the diaper.  Ray and I totally fucked that part up.  When Chris got home he laughed because we put the diaper on backwards.  I guess we need a little practice.

Bringing Kola along as bait was a wise decision.  Little kids love to follow him around for some reason.

Who says size don’t matter. Because it does. The bigger the better I say. It’s a funny thing because this year Ray and I both happen to forget our anniversary on August 25, the day we met. We said I love you, I showed him my tits, he showed me his penis and we’ve been together ever since. It’s a shame that we forgot our anniversary but I guess I’m not too disappointed since we just happen to be purchasing a new 52 inch Sam Sung 650 1080P series television that day. Can you believe it was me, not him that had to convince him to go bigger. Steve, the sales man, said it was the best t.v. they had and by the looks and price of it, it most definitely was. But that’s okay, we gave our Vizio back to Costco and they happily gave us our money back, in full. Oh, Costco, how I love your amazing return policy. Then we we took our happy asses to Fry’s and upgraded. So I guess it’s fair to say it was our anniversary present to each other. I love our new t.v. Happy Anniversary baby!!!

The old t.v.

And our new t.v. Man, I need to stop watching so much t.v. and start dusting.
