We all know Chinese food in American has been drastically modified to suit the needs of the American people, but did you also know that the fortune cookie, those iconic Chinese to go boxes and chop suey is all foreign in China. Ha, what a sham!

I find this to video to be interesting because my family had a Chinese restaurant called the Golden Dragon Restaurant, yeah I know, real original, but just for the record we didn’t name it. We knew that a lot of it wasn’t real Chinese food, but it was what sold.
